    I have no time to manage this site anymore so if anyone interested to continue the operation of the site then I am willing to sell it.

    The site is more than 1 year old, with more than 5000 index pages by google and 15,000+ incomming link according to yahoo explorer.

    Currently there are 2700+ members of the site averaging 160+ unique a day most of the traffic are from search engine.

    The CMS being used in the site is pligg latest version.

    the site is not making much yet, averaging $10 a month I guess from adsense

    You can not measure the price of the site in adsense only I guess, the site have more than 2700 members, I guess they are a good customer already if you have a good product to offer to them. And they are forever customer. The site is averaging 160+ unique a day, 5500 index pages and 15,000 back link.

    I guess the starting price is low compare to the potential of the site.

    Adsense is not the only way you can earn. But if 2700 members and only 160/u/v a day thats not that many at all returning. They are all webmasters probably so that could be a benefical list of users just seems high to me. o_o.

    Sorry I just suspended the account because yahoo and google bot crawled the site very hard that cause my server down. I unsuspended it... you can view the site now
