    Hello,

    I am considering selling a site of mine. Here's some of the details:

    - PR4 home page.
    - 6,500+ Backlinks shown in Yahoo.
    - 5 Backlinks shown in Google.
    - 3 word .org domain.
    - 15-20 Pages indexed in Google.
    - Created/Registered in Aug 2004
    - April Ave. 80 unique visitors per day.

    Has ranked in Yahoo for 3 letter kw 1st out of over 5,000,000 results for several weeks in April. Currently ranks 4th for that word. Also ranked 6th during april for 2 letter kw out of 10 million+. Has never ranked in Google.

    Currently spend only $50/month for monthly advertising. Site made over $600 this month from Adsense. Site's subject and kw's are financial related.

    Not sure how much the site is worth but could be making 10x more than what it did in April with the right SEO and ranking. I don't have time to work on it with all my other projects. If interested make offer in PM. Serious offers only please, also PM with questions or other details needed.

    Well curious, without knowing the site's url or the logs, how am I don know if 2k+ is my price range for this site?

    PM the URL and logs to me to. But to be truthful, without knowing anything my price range for NOT 2k till I learn it's worth it.
