    WARNING TO BUYERS!!! I purchased a site from this guy audrey_meli for $570 paying him 8X revenue for a site that is supposed to make $70 a month based on screenshot proof. I also included majority of PayPal fees as he requested in good will. Given he has good feedback here I thought I was dealing with a good seller, however the site I bought from him is getting the same exact traffic as the screenshot he showed me over a week period, and not even making $1 over a week period!!! He claims the rankings have fallen as an excuse but that is not the case as the traffic is the same and the rankings are the same, I sent him proof with screenshots from two different proxies. He said they are false! I thought I was dealing with an honest seller here and given I have established good feedback myself I didn't think a request for refund and me returning the site would be an issue. However he has said multiple times that he plans NOT to refund me my $570 for a site that is completely not as described when it comes to how much money he portrayed it is making. So if you are thinking to invest your hard earned money I suggest you hold off until he resolves my issue, otherwise consider yourself warned fully!
