and make it first in google search (on atleast top 3 or 5) in some keyword\s

i also want to get about PR2-3 to the site,

(2) Time you are giving?

1 - the keywords will be chosen with the person after he looked around with the site
2 - week+ month-
3 - i dont really care.

 

We can't make an offer if you don't give us the URL or keywords because some sites and keywords are easier than others.

Also Page Rank only updates every few months so your dreaming if your expecting Page rank within a few weeks.

Please Pm me the URL, no way to quote without knowing the site, also no way to know if i even stand a chance of top three placement without some idea of what terms you are looking for. Top three can range from impossible to pretty easy depending on term.

As everyone said earlier,
no one can make any offer because it totally depends on your keywords.
If your keyword is "webhosting" then cost can go more than 5000$ for getting place in first result page(top 10) and that also take at least 5-6months depending on PageRank update.But if your keyword is less competitive then cost can vary from 100-500$.

PageRank update totally depends on Google so no can tell you how much time it take but if your site have good backlinks it will get good PR sooner or later.
