selling PR3 video site with good traffic [lacmedia.net] starting cheap!

    Last month i bought www.lacmedia.net from bubblemate here for $320.

    I know there was a lot of bids and a lot of people wanted to buy it.

    It was PR4, but dropped to PR3, so with the right promotion it can easily rise again.

    Stats
    Its a valid PR3.
    It gets around 100-500 uniques/day
    It gets 400-1000 page views/day.
    Has almost 3500 unique visits this month.

    The last owner made $98 in april,

    I didnt use adsense, as havent had time to develop or promote the site.
    But the winner will have the oppertunity to monetize the site, and earn revenue up to $50/month from it!

    Sold 3 text links at $5 each, so around $15 a month you can expect.


    Winner will recieve

    Domain, site and database moved to their hosting.
    A link from my other sites which is 6 links PR3-PR5.
    A file of where the site is advertised in order to gain that vital traffic.

    Lets get things going....as i paid $320 for it i would like around that, but will kick the bidding off low, and will not sell it if my reserve (hidden) is not met.

    Besides, is there any need to post a un-needed comment like that, im trying to sell the site, even at a loss....I just dont have time for it and need the money....is that such a bad thing?

    With the links that you are giving, it will proberbly remain at PR3. Of course you got to sell it at a loss, cos the PR dropped. :p
