    Hi dudes,

    Got a computer resource site that I just put together. The url is

    www.tuicreek.com.

    The domain name is PR4 http://www.dnscoop.com/www.tuicreek.com

    Huge site with Google Adsense, Amazon and News feeds. Runs on autopilot. Requires no maintenance as it runs on auto pilot.

    This site is new, hence no traffic or revenue yet.

    My BIN is $200. Make me an offer please.

    I guess tuicreek does not stand for anything. It just a snazzy name which i snapped up.

    I do not want this to be an auction. But rather someone to give me a fair price for what this site is worth. I have an idea of the absolute price which i can lower it. That is why I say the price can be discussed.

    Where is it registered? Most registrars have a 3 month hold on transferring domains.

    Geez... cool buddy. It is my duty as a potensial buyer to check what I wanted to buy for.

    You said it's PR4 while many tools out there tell me it's not. I've checked about 5 different tools.
