    I bought this the domain a few years ago, did the metatags, sitemaps, etc and did a tiny amount of backlink building and left it to age.
    The content in the site is unique.

    Not worth mentioning its like under $2 a month. Luckily the site is aged not bad so with a little bit of backlinking and exchanges you can get it going good.

    The domain is registered with domainsite.com. If you are to purchase it you will have to get an account there and I'll push it over to you and you can move it to whatever domain host you want(at your charge).
