require a listing on dmoz will pay

    The Directories forum (one step above this one) has threads with lists of good pay-for-review directories.

    Instead of trying to paddle upstream by offering to bribe an editor (which can get your site banned) you'd make faster and better progress just submitting to dmoz for free and then moving on to a few of the directories that review for a fee. That's a win-win scenario and makes better use of your time, money, and reputation.
