Please tell me the best directories to use

    I want to rapidly build authoritative links and PR for a new site I just made. Can you let me know the best directories to submit to that will help me?

    Maybe not the best directory in the world. But damn cheap for a permanent link with PR.

    Hope I was humble enough while still getting a plug for my directory. :)
