    Hi

I placed a bid and it was outbid by some user so i clicked on Buyitnow and ready to pay the amount. But after 2 days that person is saying there is highest bid and he said he cancelled mine. Is that a valid one?

If you check replies of that sale there are other complaints about it. I think seller should learn how to act professional.

When the seller lists a BIN price they're contractually obligated to honor it if someone bids that BIN price (to the first person bidding it). Getting a higher bid after the fact doesn't change that. You can leave negative iTrader because you were technically the winning bidder (others may not), and users who don't honor the bidding and auction rules like that do get infractions.

That's a risk you take if you leave iTrader. A deal was initiated, so both are able to leave any iTrader they want. That said, I posted personally in the auction thread, so if you do get a negative it's pretty easy for anyone to see you weren't the one at fault. Some people are spiteful asses and they'll leave negative whether deserved or not. Fortunately, they usually hurt themselves more than they could hurt you, as with that poster's repeated bad behavior now documented in that auction thread.

You demanded files before payment. Sorry but I don't trust you the least bit.
