    Hi i am the owner and author at TechGuruHere.com blog. I am just selling this site because i am now inactive to the Blog because of my last year final exams. So i can't able to give time to my site.

    No its not banned from adsense. I have removed adsense as me selling the site. So whats the need of adsense there ;) . That's why removed adsense ads from there

    To the OP -- When you post a BIN price, you are contractually obligated to sell the site at that price if you get a BIN bid. Holding onto it and then raising that price is false advertising / bait and switch, and it is not tolerated here.
