REFUNDS :o AFA Hosting

Hi everyone,

Am really sorry to all my ex customers when I sold the company the seller didn't stick with the TOS on my post that current customers must not be affected in anyway.

I can't discuss my reasons for selling and can't go into why I had to do this I can however say I did want to ensure current customers were not affected by this in a HUGE way sadly they were.

I care about my customers I really do and would do anything I could possibly do to ensure that you were not scammed.

For that reason am offering the following:

* Customers may have there account re-setup on my new server no cost in involved with this at all and you will get the time amount you paid for.
* Customers will get 1 MONTH FREE of there service they have with us this will make up fhr the past few days shoutcast servers etc has been down.

Other forms of compensation can be discussed am not a scammer am human people on DP are harsh and hide behind there computers to throw out insults at people am human business is business but am also fair and looking to put things right.

My PM system has been turned on in an effort to put things right, at least give me credit for this I don't think many scammers would do this.

Sandoz due to the neg itrader and dp not willing to remove it am willing to resetup your package for you.

i think you can understand that, after what you posted in my itrader

if you refund, i can always try to contact the DP admins to ask to remove my rating

 

after a few days waiting i assume you are not refunding 1 penny?
You are just trying to clear your name?
maybe you remember what your reply was in my paypal dispute? a complete different story in what you describe in this startpost
and i am not even talking about my emails with they guy from who you traded your vbulletin script with, as you describe its as selling "your company" with 3 customers

 

so, come on, as being a human and you care about your customers as you describe, refund my $30
