and, i am sorry, i don't trust you anymore (remember your comments on my paypal dispute?)

Look I think it is reasonable and understandable that no hosting company can refund EVERY SINGLE client and thats the problem am having now everyone would like a refund instead am offering your account back and one month free so that's like 2 months free of the service you purchased I think that is more than fair???

Stop trashing my thread sometimes I wish I didn't do the right thing I mean it would have been a lot easier for me to have run off with all your money than come back and try and put things right because now all your going to do is constantly SLAG me off and put me down and trash all my threads where I try and get a sale.

I am not mean to trash your thread. I was telling the truth. You put your site on sale once then came back and promised that you wouldn't sell your company but still your company is transfer to other's hand without telling any reason.

If you want the thing goes right then you should make a refund to Sandoz. He wants the hosting on that particular time when he paid but not now. Even though you give him a lifetime free hosting I don’t think he will host with you again. This is the point.

you already offered me a refund a couple of days after my account was setup, due to some stupid filesize limit in the TOS from your hoster. And i remember your 30 day money back guarantee?
"All web hosting plans are fully controlled by AFA Hosting and g3newmedia.co.uk, therefore, we can offer a full 30 day money back guarantee on this service"

So, now i am asking for it, and i am not getting it. 30 days haven't passed yet
I don't care about any new owner, i made a deal with you, and not someone else

mailed to me on the 26th of march:
"However I can say your lifetime account wont be going anywhere soon."
and on the 30rd i get this mail:
    Dear Clients,
We are closing down "AFA Hosting" Please take backups of your sites before 3rd of April to avoid loss of data/files.
    Thank You!

well, at least its positive that you are back here, to, hopefully, set things right again

His site is gone, the domain is blank. Seems like he pulled the same scam again.

Refer to screenshots of his agreement with you from before, as well as making reference to threads and urls to these forums will help you win the dispute.

You can't dispute virtual goods, which hosting is a virtual good.
