    Okay, I have a site - extremeartists.com.

    Almost one year old, ranks #2 for extreme artists on Google. I had big plans for this, but have turned it into a sports/fitness/art content gallery due to lack of time. There's a lot that can be done with this with some creativity.

    I haven't monetized it or anything.

    BIN - $70
    Starting Bid - $20.

    Traffic - Not much, about 40-50 visits a month, all from SEs.

    Need a quick sale. If you are someone who can see how good of a chance this can be, pick this one up :)

    Im not really keen on the sites contents itself, but i quite like the domain, and as you quite rightly pointed out, it has good potential, so ill start proceedings with an offer of $30.
