    Really? 10% deducted from the referred person? Is that 10% of the starting weight, or is it updated continuously as their site grows?

    Yes... I only got back from Costa Rica about 4 hours ago, and I have some catching up to do and a list of "to-dos" about a mile long for just the ad network (not to mention about a million "real" things I do) this week. The weight caps be changed soon though.
