    I would say low $xxx, I would also see if the domain is 1 week old, I would not buy it. Considering you want to use it for coop, unless you have other uses in mind, I would still want a little older domain.

    I recently bought a PR6 AWS site for under 1k with 7k pages indexed in google.
    It was an auction which went for a week and nobody wanted it.
    So that should give you a ball park figure.
    It's now in the coop with 18k weight.

    I think Cyclops answer is more accurate. PR 1 through 4 is fairly easy. I can actually make PR 4 sites with about 3 days of work. It's PR 5 and 6 where I have to really work at it.

    So a PR 4 site for thousands of $$$, even low thousands, doesn't sound like a good deal. You'd probably be more efficient just building one yourself. Of course, if that PR 4 site has been around for 1+ years, then it has a bonus of no longer being sandboxxed. That's worth something, even if you gut the entire site and drop in new content.

    I think PR 1 to 3 I'd only buy if the domain name was old. I could leverage that. Otherwise, I'd just build it. PR 4 I'd pay for, but hundreds. Maybe low hundreds if it's new.
