Buying PSD > Wordpress theme

I need PSD to Wordpress theme, needs to be super clean fast loading code, with little use of large images. Fast loading is essential.

If you can code tabless CSS that would be ideal.

PLEASE DO NOT PM ME ABOUT THIS, if you are interested please post here and I will make a choice.

Budget is $40 - $60 USD.

Please post what psd > wordpress you have done, the more work you have shown the more likely i'll choose you.
