PSD to XHTML/CSS CODER - For Hire

    Hi, I am very knowledgeable in XHTML and CSS and I hand code everything in notepad! My work is impeccable, and I never cut corners. I do not use PSD slicing, I hand cut every image to ensure that your page is optimized and beautiful. All my work is either xhtml transitional or xhtml strict.
    I am in college and need to pay some bills, so my prices are extremely cheap!
    I do not have a set price, i charge based on the template, so I will need a preview before I can give you a price.
