PSD to (X)HTML/CSS Coder Wanted! - Urgent

    I have 2 PSD design templates (for main and sub pages) that have to be converted to (X)HTML and CSS and I need image optimization for speed. Some buttons and parts have to be dynamic (I mean CSS styled texts, divs). Pages should be loaded fast and IE, Mozilla/Firefox compatible.

    Payment will be via PayPal and after completion (demo required).

    Please do not send me just sliced, auto generated HTML pages (ie, ImageReady, other image slicers). I want manual hand-written HTML/CSS codes.

    Serious coders only. PM me if you interested, your offer and show me your previous works.
