    Hi,

    I purchased these sites recently and to be honest I know very little about wordpress and dont have the time to be updating blogs, I do know that if someone was to monetise these blogs via Text Link Ads or selling links they would generate a good monthly revenue.

    The Blogs are:

    www.SmallBusinessTutorials.com PR6 some PR4 inner pages (Minimum Offer 750$) well it is a PR6 !
    Approx 2 years old
    Was running blogger but got it converted to Wordpress last few days.

    www.MortgageBuyerBasics.com PR4 some PR2 Inner Pages (Minimum offer 250$)
    Approx 2 years old
    Was running blogger but got it converted to Wordpress last few days

    www.Tips1001.com Pr3 with some PR2 inner pages (Minimum offer 100$)
    Approx 1.5 Years old

    All domains are at Godaddy for an easy push

    This is not an Auction

    If someone posts or PMs me a bid for all the sites or individually I may accept if I think its a decent offer.

    All the Page Rank on these sites are genuine.

    A Google PR update is at least 3 months away possibly longer going by the last update.
    I can not guarantee that any site will rise or fall in PR after the next update.

    Based on Text Links ADs calculator a homepage link on Small Business Tutorials is worth 39$ so if 10 links were sold it would generate 390$ a month revenue not to mention the revenue that could be generated selling blog posts.
