PR5 Predicted Arcade site for sale - Includes additional domains

Let me just introduce myself. My names Mitch, I'm 17 and I've been running gamezsquad just over the past year now. I've loved every moment of running the site and it has been a very knowledgable experience.

Reason for sale

• My key reason for the sale is that I do not have the time, nor money an arcade site needs to become very successful... I have limited time due to college work and additionally my part time job I have. Additionally my car has broke down so I need money to fix it

• The site has now been established for just over 1 year now and its going good, although this needs a good time investement with some small funds. It receives around 100-200 uniques daily, with adsense revenues around $0.10-0.60 daily. Over 40% of our traffic is based from the United States and roughly another 15% from english speaking countries. The site is soon predicted PR5 meaning that the site should rank higher within the search engines for some keywords, everyday the site is growing older helping it to gain additonal higher rankings within popular arcade keywords.

• I had planned on furthering the site with a new design and investing all my wages into traffic. There was a previous auction to this although the site did not sell because someone thought there was something fishy going on!!!! I can guarantee you 100% there is nothing fishy and I will be willing to give money back to anyone who is not satisfied.

Just for the record to other poeple this arcade has been up for sale around 2-3 times now the seller want the arcade to sell for around 800-1000 dollars ( that price is not going to happen)

Weasel, the site has been up for sale before, I was honestly offered $1000 previously and was going to take it but changed my mind, as I figured I could make alot of money from the website. I havn't had the time to invest because of college work and my time investement never gets put in. I've seen you at many auctions before and I can understand your trying to get the best for your money although you always under offer. Yeah your site is predicted PR7 and you could use that as a USP if you were going to sell it, and without a doubt it will most likely reach a PR7 because of the volume of backlinks and there quality!
The arcade has a brilliant brand and comes with a network of domains, you'd easily be able to expand it with time investement! All you need is the time to socially promote the site, build some good link exchanges and do some content editing.

I'm afraid no other revenue sources, I would suggest getting onto VALUECLICKMEDIA, they pay by impressions and they have higher payouts then adsense. Come on this package is easily worth $800, people pay $200 for a turnkey arcade. This arcade is established, has a unique brand and can become sucessful; it just needs dedication from someone.
