PR4 Web Design Site for Sale

I am selling one of my very first ventures www.graftonwebdesign.com . The starting bid is $100 (US) and the bids should be in $5 increments. There isn't a BIN price.

This is a site that I haven't really done much with in the last year although I did promote it when I first created it.

It currently has Coop Code on it although none of its backlinks are from the Coop as I never made an Ad for it. Any signature links it has are there to stay (I haven't put it in my sig in over a year so any it has are from forums I no longer post at and therefore wouldn't change the sig)

Age of Site is nearly 2 years

The visitor count is fairly low and their is no income connected to the site (I never put AdSense on it or Rented Link Space)

There is a forum attached but it is not active and is text based (no mySQL database needed)

I will be reasonable though. I know you need a bit of time Honey (as maybe some others) so as long as their is regular and reasonable contact, I will push the time frame.

It fluctuates between 85-125 although it wouldn't take much to get it to 1000+ quickly. Its a PR4 so any pages I add to it get indexed.

I don't have any problems getting it to display. If others have the same issue I will look into it. Google can see it fine too:

Its plain HTML so there isn't much that can go wrong.

With regards to the CGI error, it happened to me once or twice too, although a forced refresh usually solved it.

 

I will take all the Coop code off it later today as me putting it up incorrectly (or twice) may be causing the error for some people. The rest of the site is plain HTML so that should take care of it.

Basically you are buying an established PR4 so I am assuming whoever buys it might just put up their own content on the site. It was my very first site so it left a bit to be desired regardless of the sentimental value

Hold on a second - It was my understanding that Google resets the PageRank when they see a domain change hands.

Is that not true anymore?

And if it is true, how can you sell it as a PR4 site when it will no doubt revert to PR 0 when you transfer it?

Definitely not true, I have bought many sites and the PR has not reverted to 0.

 

Nothing of that sort exists. The PR resets to zero if a domain expires.

 

I took off the Coop code so the new owner can put their own on if they like.

The PR does not reset when owners change and there is ample time left on the domain so expiration is not a problem.

The uniques are about 500 a month.
