    I was cheated by him. First he ask me to pay for domain. After that i did not receive domain , i dispute my money on paypal. He come back and told me that he not always log in at this forum , cancel dispute and he will send domain. I cancel dispute(that time i do not can not redispute in paypal) , he keep silence. now i can not get my money back from paypal.
