Selling PR 2 Niche Guitar Learning Blog - Quick Sale

I recently bought a few niche blogs over at Flippa, and have quickly realized that I have too many projects to handle! (I'm sure some of you know the feeling).

I had good intentions about promoting this, building up the content and making some extra revenue...but again, I absolutely do not have the time. This blog will die slowly due to a lack of attention, but it's a very nice PR2 blog with lots of functionality and would probably do well with someone who dedicates the time to making it great.

This blog is seeing a good amount of traffic, considering that I haven't really done anything to promote it. StatsPress screenshot is attached.
