@tomksoft Any way of showing the current code being used? I have re-generated the antiadblock code but couldn't remember the old settings. Its easy for the clean code but the encrypted one I have no way of knowing what the config was.

I m an advertiser on popads.net.
I have been advertising for a few months now, and since almost 3 weeks, i have been advertising a specific program called appflow (same company as monetizer)
I submitted the urls, and they all got reviewed and approved. Everything was ok, and yesterday i loaded 1000$ (usually load 500$ at a time, but as i wanted to automatize some stuff, i increased the budget)
And, surprise, this morning when trying to login, i get this message : account suspended.

I didn't change any urls from the beginning, all the urls are coming from afflow. I didn't get a single warning or explanation on the reason why the account got suspended, NOT A SINGLE EMAIL.

I sent an email to support about this an hour or so ago, i know i m getting a bit quick on relying this on forum, but I would like to understand how things are processed on popads.
Also, two days ago, I wrote them about the tokens {campaignid} not working properly, and didn't get any answers in past 48h.

Anyways, if someone from tksoft could come back to me so i could get any clarifications before doing anything on my side.

Is it possible for example to make an estimation on how much would I have been earned if I use the default setting of the adcode compared to my own settings? Like how much ads I've missed because of my high bid or limitation on pops per IP settings. Kind of like the Projected revenue feature it's just an estimation but that's cool.

Could be useful for guidance, because using default settings today and my own settings tomorrow can't be a good measurement I guess.

yes he blame on me that i had fake traffic second time but he dont believe me i saw many members here with same problem that withdraw got blocked but maybe he dont needs those guys traffic

 

If you contacted us then we checked and confirmed the anomaly. Let me repeat it once again - we have automatic system that detects traffic anomalies and locks accounts if anything suspicious is detected.
Then when you contact us, we check your traffic stats manually and take final decision. Traffic anomaly is for example 100% of your traffic comes from same browser or has popup blocker disabled(which I hope you can agree would never happen for genuine, organic traffic).

Well, I forgive you opening multiple accounts and trying to bypass our country restrictions if that makes you feel better. Yet I am pretty sure you won't be very happy with this kind of forgiveness, because you are still in Brazil and you still won't be able to deposit. Rules are rules(btw, we allowed some people from BR deposit money like a month ago; a little test basically. Today alone had $3000 charged back).

If you have anti-adblock then it is encoded. You'd need to use some JS deobfuscator tool and you should see settings. It is not a bad idea, I will ask our techs if we could save last used settings per website

Unfortunately, that is way too complex to do. Also, we do not count adrequests, only opened ads, so we do not have data to attempt prediction.

We do not do CPA/CPI campaigns, sorry. We are strictly CPV bidding based.

I got you unblocked, as anomaly was detected over a month ago and we no longer have details. I will ask our techs to extend the time we keep anomaly details for to avoid such situations in the future.

Well, why don't you write this down under the anomaly warning? A little explanation would calm everyone down and prevent misunderstanding and save your time and reduce the angry mails and you can have more time to make more improvement on the rates and we can all be happy and rich.

As you know most publisher tend to think a warning like this it means they got banned immediately, because that's what most adnetworks do, they ban on the first sight.

We who hang here a lot would have known that your company is not like that. You can have a reasonable conversation to solve things, mostly you give people a chance, the Toad for example had a second chance, that probably would never happen for most adnetworks.

guys just stop using this , he will block all withdraws after sometime.....just use other popunder is a lot of popunder networks that pays and they don't cry like tommy about fake annomally traffic his system sux now , so just ask me in pm about some popup networks if you really got problems with this or need help.

The answer is still no, sorry. Tell me, if we had advertiser from Italy, with Italian phone number and Italian PayPal, but the person would have Brazilian name(assuming also nationality), should we ban such account? Because we do not, if someone fully lives in Italy then no matter on his nationality, we allow such person.
