I had glosh-design from here at DP make the bannner. I know it needs to have different video's beside "The Jack" live bootleg video with Bon Scott singing.

I have 15 other video's I'm going to add to the site today.

Anyway please let me know what I need to do to improve the site.

There are too many ads on the page, the ads are dominating the page.

 

This site has started getting pretty ctr with Adsense so I'd have to say it doesn't have too many ads. The more the merrier is quite often the case. Just don't put more on than Google allows is the ticket.

 

I suggest that you change table layout into XHTML/CSS layout.

 

I don't know how. I use frontpage 2003 and that's how it makes tables.

What negative effects am I having from doing it like this?

Hi, I think yes it does need different video aside from jack.

But I like red and black combination.

 

Wow, I thought I made a new video on every page. Thanks for the heads up. I'm going to fix it again. I don't know what happened.

This site is making about 2 dollars in Adsense every day. It took me a day to make it, I can't complain.

Why would I visit your site?

Would not most people go to the offical AC/DC site?

The site is hip and catchy. The head graphic is hot. The white font jumps off the page which I love. However this site is AC/DC Tour Dates and the tour dates are the hardest things to recognize on the site.

 

ericwt, people visit the site because it gets good search rankings for particular keywords. If the official acdc site isn't there on the first page and this site is, it gets traffic.

I like to search for niche or long-tail keyword phrases that have weak competition and get a good share of search queries. It takes a bunch of work to try and take down a saturated keyword but if you research you can find keyword phrases that few people are targeting.

snowbitz ok I went in and added a bunch of different acdc bootleg video's.

It's funny but this site gets more google attention than my other site, ACDCBiography. This site hammers yahoo visitors like it's going out of style. I'm collecting 120 email addresses per day from the biography site. It's months older than acdctourdates.com and just started getting some Google love.
