For Sale - Long Tail Keyword Phrase List With Low Competition

I have been doing quite well by making money finding keyword phrases with decent search query numbers that have poor to moderate competition.

I have learned how to do this in a very timely manner. Lately I don't have much time to make new websites as I'm busy filling up all these long-tail and short-tail phrases with their own page and quality content.

This has been taking up a bunch of my time and I could use some extra cash so I was thinking why not help out some fellow DP members and sell them some phrases at a decent price. I can usually get a good list in a short enough time to make it profitable for any site or blog owner and myself.

    Heres what I am thinking:

    Keyword phrases that get:
30,000+ search queries and low competition - $2
    20,000 - 29,999 search queries and low competition - $1.50
    15,000 - 19,999 search queries and low competition - $1.25
    10,000 - 14,999 search queries and low competition - $1.00
    6,000 - 9,999 search queries and low competition - $.90
    3,000 - 5,999 search queries and low competition - $.70
    1,000 - 2,999 search queries and low competition - $.60
    500 - 999 search queries and low competition - $.50
    299 - 499 search queries and low competition - $.35
    100 - 299 search queries and low competition - $.25

These search query numbers are averaged per month.

There will be a $5 minimum charge. If I can't find $5 worth of low competition keyword phrases I will give you the option to opt out or you can chose to pay me $5 for what I found. If you chose to opt out you owe me nothing.

I will let you know how many phrases I found and in which query categories before I ask for payment.

I will not be able to send the list until I have been paid.

I use these phrases to make actual web pages within my websites. Sometimes I even create websites based on these long and short tail phrases. I make sure to use the phrases for the title and in meta tags url etc.

I usually take down first place rankings when I make inner linking pages and score a few back-links to these pages. The competition is easily blown out of the water because they don't know much about SEO.

I won't get these phrases for my competition so if you ask and I turn you down please understand that it would be stupid for me to sell this powerful information to my competition for the peanuts I'm asking here.

Feel free to PM me to ask about my services and use the thread to let others know what you think of my lists.

I will include this additional information with each keyword phrase:

Search # / Exact Matches / Strength Of Competition / average adword cost/

This information will let you know which niche keyword phrase is worth targeting for Google AdSense revenue and which ones to use to score some extra traffic with or both.

I know this stuff works or I wouldn't be holding top (#1 -#3) search rankings on Google, Yahoo, MSN AOL and more.

The prices I'm offering are a steal if you don't have the tools to do this research in a timely manner. I save lots of time so I can offer these killer prices.

If you have questions about anything ask them in the thread that way we can make sure everybody doesn't keep asking the same thing. If you want a list PM me and we can get started.

Am I asking too much or do people actually think these long-tail keyword phrases are actually worthless?

Maybe everybody already knows how to do it on their own. If you are and not using the right tools you are using way more time than you probably need to.

I honestly think the prices are fare. Maybe people don't really understand what I'm selling?

VTTE - Long-tail key word phrases are basically phrases that people type into search engines. They are slightly obscure, meaning they are not the top keyword phrase that people are typing in for the topic of interest. The thing is when you target these profitable niche phrases you bring in more traffic to your site, blog etc. By supplying pages and/or unique content that target phrases that people are actually typing in, you bring in more visitors. Especially when these phrases have little competition and the competition are lousy at SEO. This is often the case too.

You would be surprised at how many of these low competition long-tail keyword phrases are out there for the taking.

Everybody thinks differently so they type different key word phrases to make the same basic topic search.

Lets say your website sells bird houses. Maybe people want a special type of bird house like a purple martin bird house for example. Most people will simply type into a search engine "purple martin bird houses". Well some people want the real fancy purple martin houses commonly called estate houses.

Maybe they don't know they are called estate houses so they type in "fancy purple martin houses" or maybe they want a smaller purple martin house so they type in "small fancy purple martin houses".

Since we all think differently it's difficult to guess which phrases people are going to type in to find the same basic thing.

How will knowing this information benefit you?

If you own a website knowing these "obscure" long-tail keyword phrases can be a gold mine. One of the ways I monetize by knowing these long-phrases is by making new web pages in my website.

Lets say I found out that people are making 30,000 search queries per month at Google using the key word phrase "fancy purple martin houses". What if I also know that there are only 5,000 sites that actually target that keyword phrase. Better yet what if I know these 5,000 sites are very weak in the SEO dept?

It means that if I know a just a little SEO I can probably take down instant top search engibne rankings(often 1st - 3rd place on page 1).

I often take down killer rankings in less than a month, sometimes in days.

A few basic hints are: use the exact keyword phrase as the page title, use the exact keyword phrase in image alt tags. Use the exact keyword phrase in your url. Use the exact keyword phrase in your meta keyword, and title tags.

Lets say your site is www.allbirdhouses.com. You would make a new page called www.allbirdhouses.com/fancy-purple-martin-bird-houses.htm. seperate each word with a hyphen, not an underscore or jumbled as 1 word.

Make your body text keyword rich and use a keyword density tool if you feel it will help. Use the keyword phrase in your header. Make sure you have links on your page that have the key word phrase in anchored text links.

Score some good back-links with anchored text saying "fancy purple martin houses".

Don't forget to put Adsense ads and other related affiliate links on these pages to maximize your profit.

Speaking of Adwords; this system works excellent for finding and monetizing Adsense niches.

If you already have a site this system works great. If you want to make a new site it also works great. You can figure out top long-tail keyword phrases right off the bat and incorporate them right into the site design and layout. You can also use the top scoring phrase in that niche for the actual URL name.

    Example: fancypurplemartinhouses.com

Of course that may not be the best long-tail key word phrase to go with but it should help everybody understand what I'm talking about.

What you also get as I mentioned before is information about how many other sites target that exact phrase. This lets you know the magnitude of your competition. This isn't nearly as important as competition strength or number of search queries but if there are many sites targeting that phrase it's quite possible it's a money maker.

I have been doing this for quite some time and have become quite efficient at finding this information in a timely manner.

I am going to take advice from web-fanatic and offer 3 free long-tail keyword phrase lists. I am only going to give away a certain number of phrases though. It's just too good of a deal to give away too many keyword phrases. When people purchase my services they can pay for as many phrases as I find. So for now I'll give away 3 free lists worth about $5 according to the prices I already posted.

I'll let the first 3 DP members who PM me have the free $5 long-tail keyword phrase list. Each phrase will come with the information described in the first post.

Yes those prices are per long-tail keyword phrase.

For instance 1 keyword phrase that gets 30,000 search queries with low competition will cost $2.00. So if I find 5 of those that would be $10.00 if you wanted to purchase all of them.

Just recieved my long tail keywords. Firstly the keywords are set out very nicely so that its easy to understand and basically he just lists keywords that you should be able to rank highly for, that have low competition.

I asked him to find me some keywords in a very, very compeitive niche (don't want to put which niche here though) and he found some good long tail keywords that i'd be able to rank highly for that also get some decent searches per month.

I'd definately recommend this guy, and might even get some more keywords off him for a few other websites if I have some money lying around.

Thanks FisHerman65 for the service you provided me :)

I use many determining factors such as basic competition #'s, back link #'s, competition PR and other factors that I really shouldn't share.

I have an extremely effective method and the people I'm making the free list for will let you know what they think of my service. When they get their list they will likely investigate the phrases I gave them which is quite easy to do. It's finding the quality niche phrases with low competition in a timely manner that's the trick. I'm not going to give my secret away as it's just too valuable. This could result in a serious edge for my competition and that would be crazy.

This way I can help people by providing a skilled and honest service and make a little money. I wish to use a good part of this money to purchase skilled services from other DP members, such as graphic design etc.

If I provide a dishonest BS service I won't be doing business here for long and I know that. It's not like I plan on making a killing at this, I just want to make some trading cash.

Oh as far as ordering phrases, I can't really do that as I just don't know what kind of low competition long-tail keyword phrases exist until I research the main niche phrase.

I will likely throw in an extra phrase or 2 from time to time if I feel my customer deserves it for some reason. I'm an honest guy and have zero interest in taking advantage of anybody, seriously.

    Peace,

    Herman

    I'm interested in your service.

But how does it work? Do I just give you the niche I need long-tail keywords for? Is there a way for me to verify the data that come with each long-tail keyword that you sell to me once I have them? Like checking the competition is really this or that, search volume is really this or that, etc.

Also, what if the long-tail keyword that you supply me doesn' fit the content of my site? For example, I have a site for my dog. What if the long-tail keyword you eventually find for me (of course, high search volume, low competition) is about chihuahua dogs? My dog is a pom, not a chihuahua.

I would like to have further information regarding these issues.

I hope you can enlighten me on this.

    Cheers! :)

    Hello Buhawi

Excellent questions you asked there, thanks for bringing these questions to our attention.

In a case like this you would want me to research the phrase "pom dogs".

I wouldn't use the abbreviation you used but hey who knows?

I ask the client to chose the best keyword phrase that they think needs to be researched. Giving me a little guidance like the parameters you have provided in your question will help me figure out which long-tail phrases will be most valuable or pertinent to your main target phrase.

If for some reason you don't like a particular phrase and you were to give me a good explanation why it's not valuable to you I will simply do what I can to replace the long-tail keyword phrase or phrases you don't like.

I'm flexible and definitely will work to give you a quality and useable list. As I stated earlier I don't want to screw anybody. By providing a quality service I know I will get more work. So I don't have a problem replacing phrases if you can convince me they need to be replaced.

I also will probably add some freebie phrases if I feel like a phrase has something a little quirky about it. But all the phrases I offer will be quite easy to move in and take down great search rankings with. I admit you may have to work a little harder on some of these phrases. I give them a 0 - 10 strength of competition rating. It's not a 10 scale, it's just an indicator to show which phrases will be the easiest to score with. The higher the number the more competition there is with that particular long-tail keyword phrase.

Keep in mind that even a #10 phrase is still considered low competition. You may have to analyze your competition and figure out what it is you need to do to get better rankings but I assure if you know much about SEO and use the directions I gave at the beginning of this thread you will be successful 9 times out of ten or better.

There is lots of information here at DP on how to analyze your competition. So yes it's definitely possible to reexamine my long-tail niche phrases to make sure I didn't rip you off or to just see exactly where the phrase stands competitively.

I think the 0-10 Strength of competition is quite honest and informative actually.

    Peace,

    Herman

By the way this information also works great for article writing as I noticed that's one of the links in your signature. You can write keyword rich articles and put them up at www.ezines.com and get excellent back-links. Just put a link or 2 in the body and use the phrase as a targeted anchor text link to your long-tail keyword phrase.

    Peace,

    Herman

    Hello Muneeb2Good,

I only ask to be paid once you are satisfied with your list. I take payment through paypal, so you can use a credit card or your paypal account to make your payment.

I want to keep most questions right here at the thread so I don't have to keep answering the same questions over and over again.

The only information I really want to be PM'd is your niche info. You shouldn't have to give everybody that information. So if it's personal, yeah, PM me otherwise please ask here in the thread.

    Thanks,

    Herman
