Do you need the actual script PHPVideo (I believe there is one actually called that) or do you mean you need a video script programmed using PHP? Are you looking for free? Open Source (which means that the code isn't encrypted, not necessarily free)? Also, what features specifically are you looking for? For example, do you want member uploads? Conversion (to flash)? Do you want a standalone script, or a video plugin using an existing CMS platform (like Drupal or Joomla)? The usual scripts mentioned that so far I've read good things about (depending upon your budget) are: ClipShare, Social Media or Simple Media (from EntertainmentScripts.com) and PHPMotion. Of these, PHPMotion is the truly free one. Since you're mentioning something like watchsimpsonsonline, one unique script I've seen is the one by Ultratut in this thread: Need: A Custom PHP Script Coding. That script was coded specifically for episodic viewing. The price isn't cheap, but for what's offered, you'd have to pay a LOT more to have it coded from scratch. No matter what you choose, make sure your host can handle the demands this type of script can put on a server. That includes installed softwares (i.e., FFMPEG, Mencoder, FLVTool2, LLAME, and other stuff depending upon what your specific script needs) and bandwidth / diskspace.
