Need: A Custom PHP Script Coding

Hi

Im looking for a php coder to design a custom php script for me.

The script will be a video sharing site, where members can submit videos.

The videos submitted will be submitted to channels, and be displayed by date submitted on the main page (all channels)

It must also have a backend where i can approve videos, rejected/remove videos, add new channels or remove channels and delete members. (new members approved by email conformation!)

Please only apply if you have a very good knowledge of this, and previous examples.

well if you want a script like www.surfthechannel.com i can deliver in 10 days with a backend neat and functional like a professional CMS , and for $350 only although i am already making this for myself but if you wish i'll sell it to you with full rights.

Beware of others working cheap and delivering crap frontend and backend.........
