PAYPAL PROBLEMS

    I have an UBI(Union Bank Of India) ATM CUM DEBIT CARD verified by visa...but when I m trying to add the card in paypal they are rejecting the card.....and telling to talk to the Issuer card department..so any solution

    If I am correct, in India paypal is not fully supported and so not all the cards are supported.

    You can contact paypal through, and inquire them about adding your card, or you can directly call paypal and ask them.

    ICICI card works - because most of the debit cards dont have permission for international transactions

    I don't think anyone can get CC if he/she has no steady income or any IT file in india.Correct me if i'm wrong.

    I have used Axis Bank Titanium Debit for verifying my PayPal account and Its work without any problem.

    My question would be where are you trying to buy something? On what platform? And what other payment methods are offered on this platform? I would suggest using the paysafecard as an alternative - much easier to use and no verification OR registration needed!

    yeah I wanna buy something...so I also tried other payments options.....but still the bank refuses all payment method....
