Paypal Blocked : Message : 3018 !

    Now when I check my premier paypal account it seems to be blocked.I can't understand what is the reason.They ask me to appeal and send a message.


    What can be the reason ?

    Paypal making for Your money to be HELD and it becoming PayPal money :mad:.
    Nut like in HYIp world, with real money you lose.:confused:
    You make , now phonecall USA 1-402-935-2020 or 1-402-935-2050 to Paypal speech-enabled phone system., call them and get your money. Is Memorial Day Holiday, maybe no answering :)
    Never fax document :mad:

    You must call them on the telephone and demand your refund into your bank account.
