PayPal Locked : Indians Help !

My PayPal premier account is blocked and they ask me to fax or mail the documents.I don't know why they block my account ? My account is verified.But they block it !


What all documents I need to fax PayPal :
I am having driving license and Government issued ID Card but none of the utility bill are under my name .What else I can provide them ?

Ask them if your bank statement will be reference enough?
Or just fax that to them. If you already haven't.

well you should really contact paypal asking for help from them since they know more about the situation than any of us here - ask for a reason for the block and what documents you have to fax and why - hope u didnt have too much money in there

No, I've not from India. At least call them so you know what type of document they need.

 

I just email them the problems I am facing.Then that account contains less than $25.But my personal account is having some $650, and its working.So will I face any problem with that ?

did you use any vcc to get verified, or you have used your creditcard!

in case you have used credit card, then you can simply fax them the monthly statements of your credit card, that will be enough i guess!

 

The same happened to me. Just fax them the documents. I did the same and the limitation was removed after 2-3 hours of faxing the documents.

 

So what can be the reasons of this blocking ?
Will all premier accounts get blocked ?

 

Accounts may get blocked if (not limited to these only) :

1. You receive payment from fraudulent accounts.
2. You commit any kind of unethical job using the account or fraud.
3. Your account info isn't sufficient and arouses suspect.
4. Someone reported something against you.
5. You received a lot of money in a single transaction.
6. You spent a lot in a very short time.

Just fax all necessary documents, it not big issue.

They will activate your account again in maximum 4-5 hours.

I had same problem, I sent my PAN card, bank statement and passport copy.

The only difference is, the blocked account has most of my money and the other one (Personal) has a mere $20.

 

FaX paypal to fix the problem.

same here, none of my utitilities are on my name. I think I will have to call them when I get back from vacations.

 

There is no other way except Fax them the documents they asked you !

 

Wait a sec, you have 2 accounts in your name?

I think you're only allowed to have an additional personal account IF you have a business account in your name. But I may be wrong
