Ok, so I am starting to make some niche websites to monetize with adsense and I just want to make sure I am doing my research correctly. Currently I first visit a google keyword tool like the one on adwords and plug in keywords that I find interesting. If i find some related keywords that have an estimated cpc over .75 I will usually make a spreadsheet with these. I will then go to google and type my keyword like so, "keyword" to research my competition, if the competing sites are trash I believe I have found a good niche, is this so?
Going for niche markets will allow you to get higher in serps but the traffic won't be as much but I think its definitely the way to go!
why are you making multible threads saying the same thing http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1357557 http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1357560 how many more threads are you going to make today one is not good enough
Its also important that you have some knowledge and understanding of what the people are looking for when doing the search.
Just make sure your niche websites actually help the readers. In the future useless information will be less and less worth and you need to have good content to rank well and earn money.
