    So, I`m selling this website because I want to start a new project online. The site is almost 1 year and a half old and it was like a hobby to me.

    It has PR 1. Most of the traffic comes from search engines. I just put adsense to fill the empty space :). It makes +-$1/day. Most of the traffic comes from the USA, UK, CAN, etc.
    It has an unique design and all content is unique.

    Ranks on the first places in G for some nice kws.

    Avg. traffic 100 UV/day

    Last three months traffic:

    FEB. 2361 UV/5616 page views
    MAR. 3325 UV/7482 page views
    APR. 2985 UV/6320 page views

    Unfortunately I can't get the statistics just for this site because i have 3 more on the same account. Anyway, I can assure you any website with 100+ uv can make a few cents a day :)

    If you read the description it says +-$1, that means that i have had days with 5 cents and days with $1.7 or more
