Ok, I am back to DP forums with another great deal; a network consisting of 50 blogs each 4 yrs old with PR4 and tens of thousands of pages indexed in Google. For a list of sites to be sold, please check trexle dot com. Whether you want to jump start your new site by 301 redirecting one of the aged/PR4 sites avoiding sandbox, or if you want to build a unique content blog network for FREE using MyBlogGuest service, or just want to make a hundred or two monthly from AS, this is for you. I don't have time to remove dupe contents gradually and starting with fresh content from guest posters so I am selling this for a bargain price.

The 50 sites are having their custom built CMS (pretty easy and straight forward) as well as wordpress in /blog of each site. I have an old official email from Google AS quality team suggesting using rich-media ads on the sites instead of text ads, and I can provide this email as a proof that the network is AS friendly. Unfortunately I have made a mistake in the past (irrelevant to these sites) so my account was disabled and can no longer monetize them.

I am setting the BIN to $2,000; that is $40 per site which is a bargain for a 4 yrs old PR4 domain alone. Kindly note that a few (perhaps 4 or 5) of these sites are banned in Google index but they still receiving traffic, however I am only using a primitive webstat software and am not able to tell how much traffic exactly the network is having, but you can expect a few thousands unique visitor per month.

There are several ways to make a good use of this network, but I only listed a few to prospect SEO/IM experts. For those who are wondering about my integrity, I have sold what is worth $50k on DP a few years back here. Due to flippa increasing their listing fees to $29 instead of $19 per site listing, I decided to sell on DP exclusively.

    Thanks and happy bidding! :)

They are expiring on 31 August and renewal will cost around $500 for the new buyer.

Well, if that is the real reason? to me a network of 50 sites (4 years) old you should be easy to get $2000-$5000 by selling on Flippa, even invest $29 + two times feature listing $80, my point is the listing fee is nothing because you will get a lot more on Flippa, the client base is very different between here and flippa.

My plan was to list the 50 sites in 50 different listings to get real market price. Multiply $29 by 50 and you will get the investment needed to get ~$5000 out of them.
