One PR8 Site + Five PR7 Sites :: $50,000 buy

Ok this is for high prospective buyers only.

I am selling all my sites which are interlinked together and therefor has been having stable PR for two PR updates so far.

The network of sites generates ~200,000 unique visitors per month.
I am selling these sites as one package because I dont have the time to sell them individually.

Websites:

1. PR8 Site: scripts repository with more than 13,000 listings - fully indexed at google - ~3,000 daily unique visitor - $1000 monthly adsense revenue (can be double as I am only monitizing a few pages).

2. PR7 Site: software repository with more than 30,000 listing - fully indexed at google - ~1000 daily unique visitor - not using adsense or any sort of advertisement.

3. PR7 Site: free/commercial web hosting site with forum with 10,000 forum members - ~1000 daily unique visitor - traffic will be doubled if the buyer enabled new free hosting registration that I terminated and resubmitted the site to free-hosts.com.

4. PR7 Site: web developers related newsgroups/forums powered by VB - ~3,000 daily unique visitors - requires a good template and good adsense ads placement to generate revenue.

5. PR7 Site: One page site for the company name working as a placeholder for the other sites.

6. PR7 Site: a web directory (used to be a ODP clone but I removed it) so it's empty now, but I can provide a 3rd party software for directory submission.

Keyfeatures:

- All sites has thousands of backlinks in Google, Yahoo and MSN.
- Usually a PR7 site worth ~$10,000 and PR8 site worth ~$30,000 so if I sold these sites individually I would get $80,000~$100,000 but I lack the time for negotiations with so many buyers.
- A single wide text link on all these sites altogether would worth ~$500 monthly according to TextLinkBrokers and TLA prices. If the buyer went solo looking for text link advertisers he would get more than that.
- If these sites monitized adsense in a professional way it can generate ~$2,000 monthly with ease - One of these site generates more than $1000 monthly with one adsense block on some of the pages.
- If the sites has been SEO'ed profissionally, their traffic would increase dramatically.
- If the buyer has knowledge in affiliate marketing he can make additional thousands of dollars monitizing the huge traffic from the US.
- The sites are automated - each of the fully developed sites needs around 30 minutes to maintain.

Additional Notes:

- I am selling all my sites only because I want to retire the web industry business.
- These sites needs a lot of work to get more promoted, to get prospective advertisers and to participate into relevent affiliate programs. I dont have the time for that.

A few notes:

- All the sites are interlinked together to maintain their high PR. All other external links are natural.
- One of the PR7 sites (#2 in the list) would get PR8 in the next PR update, after linking to it from the web directory site (#6 in the list) that I deleted its contents.
- Most of the sites are hosted on one single dedicated server that costs $90 per month, except for two sites hosted on another server but would be moved into the first one after completing the sale.
- There is a $5 monthly usenet subscription needed to run the newsgroups/forum site (#4 in the list).
