Need help Having issue while Post thread in Buy and sale section

Hi first off all sorry if its wrong section as i didn't find any other section where i can get help so i decide to post here my problem is i am not able to post threads in buy and sale section i don't know why i come back to this forums after a long time can any one here help me out with this ?

first of all sorry for the wrong section and secondly i am here from 2012 and i was able to post threads on that section even i still have 1 or 2 threads there but now i am not able to post thread :/
