So im running website almost 2 years .. i's about music, album releases mixes and etc .. And my problem is im still pr.0 alexa rank 1.200.*** Im posting everyday almost 50 new posts and google will index 3-5 of them and somethimes none of them ... somethime after 7 days will be indexed 5 maybe 10 depends .. my site is alldjmix.com so please check and give me some advices .. im realy confused with this. help me please Regards
Hey HardtoGet, There's some misconceptions for you that I'd like to clear up that might shed some light on your issues: 1) Page rank and Alexa rank should be completely ignored by you if you're trying to gauge the success if your website. What really matters is TRAFFIC and conversion. Furthermore, Google has actually publicly stated that they like to confuse SEOs. In my experience, and the complete inconsistency of PR as a ranking metric, this is another one of their tools. 2) Indexing will depend on a few factors. - Do you have an XML sitemap on your site? If not, do this asap. - The simplest way to make sure all your posts/pages get indexed is to increase the authority of your site by getting high powered backlinks. In addition to what DiggitySEO has said, I would suggest that you include unique/original content on your website. You are already posting a lot! Quality that matters, not quantity. Don't copy or spin content from other sites. It hampers your PR and Google mostly rejects such content because of redundancy. Your site deals with music, album releases, mixes etc. There is good scope for you to write short, unique and creative descriptions for each music piece. Try to include info that is rarely found at other places. Keep on updating it frequently. When people find that you are regularly posting interesting content, they will visit your website in great number. Focus on creating viral content. It has the potential to drive a great amount of traffic in a comparatively short time. One more thing. Analyze which backlinks your competitors or high-traffic websites in your niche are using. As the member @DiggitySEO and @Content Maestro have already shared you with all the tricks to get on the top, if i need to add something more here than i would add better not to forget about the forums and yahoo answers as they are the instant source of traffic. So, i would also say that you should also consider associating with the forums and do remember that don't try to go out there and spam "I means if you go out there and just post for the sake of getting signature's and all....." then i am afraid you will digg deep into the trouble prepare a plan and work accordingly you will automatically see that your alexa is dropping down !!

I have just checked out your site... firstly... the layout is simple and the graphics is attractive... in terms of visual aspect you have passed... but there's a lot of things lacking on your site... and that's content per post. You do not really have a lot of content for each of your post and I would suggest that you put in a bit more effort into adding more content to your posts. For example, you can put in sound samples. you can put in your review on what your visitors can expect before downloading. you can ask for reviews from people who have downloaded. For google or search engines to rank your sites... first you must understand that their spiders crawl through your source and not through what we visually see... so in terms of your content source... the spiders will not make a lot of sense of the content that you are putting up and search engines are looking for content that returns value to visitors so the more you give the chances of ranking high is there. You should try to increase your Domain Authority, then Google can easily crawl your website and second think for Alexa and Page Ranking both are different because Alexa depend on traffic and PR depend on quality high PR backlinks. You should maintain these all then automatically your website grab good page rank and traffic.
