    earlier this year we had some very detailed threads on that topic
    see

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=228283
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=237454
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=178570

    BTW - FYI
    your site canb NOT be loaded using above URL
    only
    http://hostfreefiles.com/
    !!!!!!!
    apache misconfiguration

    you may also pay some attention to your code validation
    for a tiny page like that it should be possible to get all fully validated
    see
    http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http://hostfreefiles.com/

    and your meta tags:
    <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="INDEX,FOLLOW">
    <META NAME="GOOGLEBOT" CONTENT="INDEX,FOLLOW">

    are actually obsolete because FOLLOW os default for all bots.

    re your ads placement
    think about the use of the 3 ( 3 ) Google publsihed successful ad formats. specially ATF

    Drop the banner cause that is too easy to spot as an advertisement. Place adsense right under the bold "upload" and right above the upload button. And use a smaller banner.

    The whole idea is to put it in their face. So keep it close to the key features of your site (ie. where they type text and hit submit).

    Change the font to match the font size/color on your page. Drop the blue hyperlinks cause it makes them stand out! If needed, change your page font to match. You must make adsense look like it is not an advertisement and part of your page!

    When you get rich from this tip, please return here and give me some green reps! :)
