Why are you selling this site?
I have it sitting with little revenue, and don't have time to build the site.

    How is it monetized?
Advertisements from Revenue Hits. But Can use AdSense.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    Twitter, and Facebook

How much time does this site take to run?
Very little Currently it is on autopilot.

What challenges are there with running this site?
It is just time consuming to build a large visitor list to get ad revenue from. The domain is high ranking.

I am not claiming any page views or revenue, due to the fact I have not had much time to promote it.

I will never understand why someone would use a trademarked term in their domain name.

You basically shot yourself in the foot the second the site was born.

Now you're going to pass your legal woes onto someone else?

I have actually had no issues with Nascar. And I Actually spoke with their marketing team and was told as long as The site does not use their logo, or trademarked Items It is perfectly legal to have and use.

If the site were to use their logo or something that nascar has trademarked than that is where the legal troubles would be. I did ask If the site can show Old Races However the only way that would be legal is the following.

    1. Embed videos from their youtube account,

    2. Pay for rights to their video Library.

I know someone who owns a domain that is active and has content with the words nba in it.

Hogwash, just google 'Nascar trademark domain name' - there are dozens of issues with using NASCAR in your domain and Nascar would NEVER give you permission for this.
