MySpace Resource Website - $150+/month - $147 Unique Script - 1000+ visits/day

Description:

I am looking to sell www.ProfileDo.com. It's a MySpace resource website made using the MSRS script by Greg. The script alone in it's basic form used to cost $147 before Greg decided to stop taking orders. When he releases it again, it will cost $300+. It has VERY good ad placement and the script is not used by hundreds of people as other resource websites are. I have customized the script extensively. For example, I went in and modified each individual page so the page title, meta description, and meta keywords are different from the other websites made using this script. I have added over 200 layouts as well as over 200 cursors. The layouts took over a week to add alone. The script only comes with around 6 "Star Wars" layouts by default. I have done a lot of "smaller" changes as well which you will probably be able to pick up (such as the new bullet icon in the navigation) on if you compare it to the original script, located here: http://www.myspacescriptz.com/ (this is Greg's site, the owner of the script). The website is completely ready to go and requires pretty much no work on your part besides advertising.

In the beginning, traffic came from mostly MySpace bulletins (around 2/day). Now, a lot of it comes from other people's profiles as well as Google, Yahoo!, and MSN. For example, it ranks 2nd in Google and 3rd in MSN for "myspace backgrounds/layouts". It ranks 10th in Google for "myspace layout generators". It currently has 36 pages indexed by Google and 64 by MSN. You can see some of the keyword phrases searched for it in the above screenshots. As a bonus, I will also include three MySpace accounts totaling 4,000+ friends.

I started AdSense on July 3rd and it has made roughly $100 to date. The CTR has been between 3.5-6% and has been bringing in around $5/day. As you can see, this was done with relatively low page impressions (<5000). This is due to the brilliant ad placement used by the script. I've seen other MySpace websites bringing in the same amount per day with impressions ranging from 6,000-10,000. If you can advertise it correctly and attract even more visitors, you can easily see $20+/day. Probably more with YPN.

Conclusion:

I believe the script and ad placement is beautiful and the potential is enormous. The script isn't being passed around on eBay or used by hundreds of other websites, and you get free updates directly from the creator. Traffic is growing steadily.
