    I got lot of negative comment on this site the last time I post, but I got also good feed back. Now I am trying to sell it again hoping to sell it now.

    I want to sell this site http://www.workonlineguide.info for $450 with PR 3 and 15K page. This site is wise investment for adsense. The site is new 3 weeks old. And SE start indexing the site and hopefully by the end of this month get atleast 2000 or higher pages index by google.

    The price which is $450 is good for 24 hours only, I just need money by tommorow to pay my monthly Internet bills. Time 7:38 AM (GMT +8) .

    Ouch, $450. I have a dmoz listed site with 45k + pages indexed, bring in about 200 uniques a day from google. (no pr yet) that I haven't even though was worth much. Guess I'll wait till the update to unload (by that time I'll be in the 100k range).

    edpudol's site looks very low-maintenance.

    Its a forum and I do no maintence on it, I set up a cron job to grab feeds from newsgroups, usenet, and rss feeds. This results in tons of pages, users, and people coming in for odd pharses. My highest search pharse has brought in 9 people yet I've had 2k + people come in from google alone this month. I do need clean it up and clear out some of the junk posts. The sites in my sign (the car one). I guess I didn't realize what a site is worth with just alot of pages indexed.

    No offense Mizt, it's not really comparing apples to apples here. edpudol's site is designed to attract SE traffic, and uses ads for revenue generation.

    I think I read here, even a well designed, visited site sometimes has very little CTR for ads.

    BTW, nice site, I'm sure I'm not alone when I say "I like cars".

    No not really, my site is was made for SE purposes. You'd be amazed at the amount of various search terms I bring in. The ad's are right there above the fold on all pages with content. I'm point some weight at posts with popular companys names in them to help increase some traffic that way. Example Edmunds Car Review [Cheap BL]. Not sure how this will work. I'm not targetting any terms like "car forums" I'm targetting millions of terms like "how do you replace a cam belt in a honda" . Seems to be working. Sorry kind of hijacked this thread.

    I turnoff the adsense for the mean time because someone is making false click on, someone want me to be banned.

    There is an script that you can use to add new keywords if needed...
