    well i have an appraisal from various people ranging from $200 to $2000, which really leaves it pretty wide open
    llike i say im open to offers

    and yes i did make a post looking for text links today and when i have received payment i will make sure those links remain on that domain for the amount of time they paid for otherwise i will refund all the money they have paid

    Tony, as a piece of advice you should disclose that you're considering selling the site/the site is for sale before you accept any $ for advertising. IMO it's bad business to be actively selling advertising on a site that's for sale.

    i kind of decided after i accepted the payment however if i do sell it i will let it be known that there are advertisements on there and i will tell the advertisers and if they choose to remove the links then i will refund the money for every full month the link hasnt been there for
