Looking to purchase websites right now

Looking for websites for quick purchase, I'd consider pretty much anything so long as it has at least PR 3 on the homepage, and at least 500 indexed pages in Google. I don't care too much about traffic.

Please PM me (or reply in thread) with your offers.

If I decide to purchase, your cash will be sent immediately today via PayPal.

    Thanks.

You may not be receiving PMs because this may be the wrong forum to post it in. What you are describing is a perfect site for the Coop. Being the hiome of the coop, most people here would be holding on to their sites like this.

Usually you have to go elswhere to get any kind of response. Old, discarded forums are perfect for this but it one of those people were here they would realize with no visitors it still has "value"

    good luck though

Yeah, this occured to me. I haven't tried the Coop yet, so that's what I'm looking for - a site a can experiment with, all my sites aren't really suitable for the Coop for different reasons.

I would suggest Googling different forums and find ones that had a lot of posters but are no longer active. You can usually offer them a couple of bucks and they will sell it.

It will pay off better than posting here, I believe

Few people have sites with 500 pages indexed that are willing to sell them cheap or are for sale at all.

You will have to lower your standards because most folks have 5-10 page websites.

Forums are the exception though Anthony. I have bought a few forums for well under "market value" that had a lot of indexed pages.

Usually they are a bunch of kids talking about stuff noone searches for but with a few changes can be profitable.

That aside anthony, I was willing to pay a fair price, I wasn't expecting anything dirt cheap.

I can understand that, but if you need that many pages the content may be exclusive to a certain product line.

If one wants to buy forums with thousands of pages then as "Y" says he should ask for forums, one member had a very nice one for sale here and he may well still have it for sale, he was only asking a couple thousand for this webmaster community.

Cyclops bid $1,200.00 for it and you can find the thread by looking back on his posts.

Ugh..don't bring that one up.. That webmaster asked me to support his new forum so I was nice and invited a few people I knew would support it too.

The post count hit a certain number and Bam up for sale just like that. Cyclops tried to buy it to keep the community part going but money won out. The coop ads were there overnight and the quality of the board went to 0.

I haven't done a favour by supporting a new board since then.

Is it still for sale, that is the question, not if it is worth anything, we know that or it would not be for sale
