It will come to about 10-15 hours a week. The writer will be paid 20% of the blogs' revenue. If the earnings of your allocated blogs hits $1500 for the month, the author receives an additional $100 bonus. My previous author has hit the bonus twice in the past four months, but he will now be the manager and is going to stop writing. I intend to hire 3 writers in the next month to work on the blogs. HI Newton, I just finished reading your other thread and all the questions in it, my question is when will the first pay be? There has been way too many people here on DP lately that you do work for and then never see the pay. So if I was to do this for you and then after a month not get paid, well I can't afford for that to happen and I'm sure others can't either. So would the first pay be available after 1 week and continue to be paid on a weekly or fortnightly basis or just after the first month. Thanks,Shane
Shane, that is a legitimate concern. I will pay weekly and continue to do so. Every month I will measure the bonus and if it has been earned, pay that on top of the weekly paypacket. I have 19 iTrader - is that any good? Let's just say, I have spent quite a bit of money on here, and don't want to lose my iTrader over stupid things or screwing people over. I am a really honest guy. However if you were really concerned and I chose you, I could pay daily for a little while, while we build trust. @ Auscan, I'm Australian so that'd be fine I guess.
