    Hi all

I'm looking to hire some writers for my blog.

Will need to be reasonably proficient in English, have a high typing speed, and permanent access to the internet.

It will come to about 10-15 hours a week.

The writer will be paid 20% of the blog's revenue.

If the earnings of your allocated blogs hits $1500 for the month, the author receives an additional $100 bonus.

My previous author has hit the bonus twice in the past four months, but he will now be the manager and is going to stop writing. I intend to hire 3 writers in the next month to work on the blogs. You will typically be asked to write on two blog

The best bloggers will be able to write on 3 blogs, which would most likely mean $500/mo for 60 hours work maximum.

If you are interested, please note that you must

    - Have attention to detail
    - Good English
    - Typing speed at least 50WPM
    - Around the clock access to the internet. There can be some unusual hours involved.
    - Accept Paypal

Please PM me with your details

    - Any previous experience writing.
    - Sample writing.
    - Hours of availability during the week.
    - Location in the world.

Hey mate; thanks for the question.

The niche writing is done by contract with another company.

There's a lot of advertising sold across the network blogs, mostly reviews, and the bloggers job will be to write those reviews. There will be some writing for each niche but not much, and if the writer doesn't feel confident in those niches, the writer doesn't have to do it because we're on top of it.

For what it's worth, these are the niches. The reviews will mostly relate to the niches:

    - Personal Development.
    - Online Business.
    - World Records/Great Human Achievement.
    - Great Servants of Humanity.
    - Apple Corporation.

    And others.

The managers job will be to tie all the posts together from the contract company, and from the web writers hired. He will also go through your posts every day and edit for mistakes.

Hi Newton, how long the writers are supposed to supply the content? Will it be an ongoing job?

I have a few more questions and if they all fit my preferences, I might just send a quick PM to you.

    1. How many articles per month are we writing?
    2. When you say reviews, what do you mean? Like blog reviews or reviews of products?
    3. We're paid 20% of the blog income. Therefore, we're looking at making only $50 on a blog that makes $250 or is it $250+/mo normal earnings what we are looking to make per month?

    Just wondering those few things.

    Thanks a lot.

    Hi Newton

I might possibly be interested in this, but I wanted a bit of clarification on the time committment.

You're looking for part-time writers, but asking for round-the-clock access to the internet. Could you clarify that, please?

Wouldn't 'unusual hours' boil down to the part of the world the writer's in?

Ok I will start answering the questions. First let me say I have received good applications so far. However if you intend to apply without paying appropriate attention to detail, I will never hire you.

    Yes. on going job.

The writers will keep on working for the foreseeable future. Obviously disasters may happen. For example, this month has been very, very slow money wise due to the North American and European summers.

    1. Approximately 60-100 has been the average. So that's 15-20 a week. The most in one day so far has been 8. Average length is 100-200 words. The reality is that the more gets done, the more money is made. I am consistently looking to open up new channels of revenue for the blogs, in this area and others. For example, I may sell paid reviews on these blogs through forums such as these.

    2. Blogs, websites or online products, and these topics should be tied into the blog topic as best as possible.

    3. The latter. It's $250/mo normal earnings for the employee, as a low end. I will try to build up the earnings of the employee high enough to make the $1500 target each month, which means the employees earnings would be $400.

Isaa; I'm looking for the kind of person who is regularly on the internet and is able to do jobs as they come up, as opposed to "batch style."

The idea would be that the person continues with their normal internet habits, and then as work comes through, that they do the work instantly and then get back to their routine. I choose this way because I have quite a bit of experience in outsourcing work and have found that if I don't set the deadline at "instantly" nothing ever gets done. For example, I am currently waiting on a logo for 2 weeks now where the designer promised delivery inside 6 hours. I don't want a pile of work building up because it's a constant thing, I like to have blog posts going up all the time.

In terms of unusual hours, I have gone through the time zone charts and because a lot of work comes through at 11pm, 12am at night in both North America and Australia (where I am located) it would be considered unusual for people in nearly all countries.

Those who would consider it least unusual would be those in time zones around China or India.

*Edit* In terms of "instantly" obviously I would afford some personal flexibility but the key here is that I want someone I can rely upon.

    Thanks for your reply.

So, for e.g., if one could let you know what their schedule is on a week-to-week basis, would that work for you?

    take care...

    Yes Isaa, that's exactly correct.

If you're available regularly on a day-to-day basis, that will be fine. Obviously people have birthdays, weddings, sicknesses etc but that doesn't bother me so much.

Thanks to all who have applied. I will go through them soon and pick out the three people I wish to continue working with. I will retain the details of all who have not been successful in case one of these three drops out.

I will PM all of you either way. Thanks
