I do very well optimizing websites. I own a website called cheap to download. The site has only been live for about 2 months and I am already the first listing on MSN search for the keyword phrase "cheap downloads".. Actually I have the first 2 listings. The thing is that I am not able to guarantee you 1000 uniques and anyone who does is just trying to get your money for the project.. Nobody can guarantee a number of visitors. As well it takes up to a month or more sometimes for all the search engines to get on board with the new changes. MSN is usually the first to show in my experience... I know what I am doing and do pretty well at it and could do the same for your own website on the bases you understand what I have stated above.. There's not much point just increasing the traffic, your code is also an utter mess and it just sits there with a blank page for 30 seconds before the page shows. You probably have a 100% bounce rate on the homepage and no Adsense clicks. You have got 358 lines of junk and whitespace before your <html> tag, no Doctype etc. Make sure your SEO knows how to fix code and do on-page optimization, or sending traffic that that will just be a waste.
The page loaded fine for me but I do see the rest of the mess of code... Almost looks like the work of a make shift website builder or some automated CMS. Do you use any building tools to manage your site? A problem I run into is people who use site builders end up overwriting all the work Ive done for them. Example is that I edit their homepage code manually the way I like to do things and then they add a new link to their page and click to publish the new page and it overwrites everything that was not done in the site builder previously. So any manual changes you make in the code are erased..
Yeah, you need a coder before trying to get visitors. Your backend is a sheer mess with a lot and I mean a lot of unnecessary code! Also, it is almost impossible to guarantee traffic. It is even very hard to guarantee rank, but traffic is not really guaranteed by most seasoned seo's!

Just curious why you would post sites as a "resume" that are so poorly SEO'd they are actually worse then the ops? Your on-page is that bad they all have dup entries in the index, site 1, site 2, site 3 along with a string of other big problems.

funny how you say that. since all those sites have made between hundreds and thousands of dollars in revenue in the time they have been up and recieve thousands of users daily. the first site is a video link directory which can't have dupe content since all it does is house links...the second site is a software directory for windows mobile devices which only seems to have dupe entries because it uses authors descriptions for software...the second site a script similar to BANS which pulls ebay items and sells them using commission junction which will be coming out in a few weeks. don't call people out without knowing what you're talking about.
What do u mean by code an on page optimization. Please explain so i can fix this. Currently it has a low bounce rate of 6%, google analytics says, and the site is making $1 a day. But please tell me how to fix these other problems thanks mate
