Looking for private investor for an established site

    I am looking for a private investor to expand my existing site. I have a 11 page business plan available to any one interested in purchasing 25% of my site. I am looking for $25,000 and the first one to offer that will receive 25% of the site.

    Site has 70,000 members and has a very loyal membership base and over 15 million views a month.

    25k is a small price to pay and you will receive a hefty return with minimal work.

    I am looking for someone in the US or Canada. I will be selling smaller portions (Minimum 1% @ $1,500) as well.

    If you do purchase the entire 25% we will finish this deal in person depending on your geographic location. I am located in New York City.

    its a social networking site and is based on one city where 90% of the members come from. Most members are under the age of 25. Huge profit potential from local businesses as over 60k members reside within or around the same city
