looking for business partner for established business.

I realize that most people here make money online exclusively but I thought I would try since there are so many passionate people here.

I have a real world in home tutoring company in Philadelphia that is grossing 5-6k per month and profits are around half of that. Our first yellow book advertisment is underway and should bring more clients.

I am looking for a partner for my successful in home tutoring business located in the philadelphia area (you do not have to live in philly, but have to American).

The company is doing well now with 4 employees. I have a lot of low cost ideas to really make this thing big.
Why do I need a partner? Because I am a full time medical student and cannot put the time I want into this. I struggle trying to manage clients and tutors and studying at the same time. I have invested time and money into this company and expect the same out of a business partner.

would like someone passionate and who has a love for being an entrepreneur. This is not the I will sit on my couch company part time. I want someone to share my vision to make this into a major tutoring company. Although the internet is a major part of my business plan this goes beyond this into the real world of business.
