All others doesn;t really matter, just hasn't ot be duplicated. Time that google rank sites per keywords that site had is belong to the very past. The only keyword of success is CONTENT and a SEO optimized page, and i mean to be well structured.
One thing about SEO is that everyone has their opinion of what works. All I know is I have had success with the techniques that I use. As far as your post, I think that you are WAY off on saying that the H1 tag is the only part of SEO these days. I have over 3 years of SEO experience, have spent countless hours reading about SEO and speaking with people that are experienced in SEO, and the consensus seems to be that the title, H1 and alt-image tags are important factors when Google ranks your site, the description tag has little or no value (but has value as far as selling your site), and the keyword tag is practically obsolete due to abuse. If you guys think this offer is too good to be true, then its probably is. The ONLY real factor which will get you ranked on the top 10 search results is your google pagerank. If you're trying to rank a PR-0 website on top of the search results within 2-4 month - think again!
Absolutely NOT true. While PR definitely does help, I have seen several occasions where low PR sites are ranked above sites with a high PR. While there are some aspects of on-site SEO that aren't that important, optimizing your site is an important factor when Google ranks your site. We recently did on-site SEO for a DP member that had thousands of links, but could not understand why his site was not ranked in the top 10. Since doing his on-site SEO a few weeks ago, he is now ranked #8 for flash design.
I am very interested in having my site SEO'd asap. (it is Joomla) I changed the main page meta-tag, but then had to reinstall the extention to do it again and I don't know if it took. I'm hoping to SEO it for "Favors under $ 1.00, Favors under $1.00 (but joomla doesn't seem to like to put the dollar sign beside anything and makes the dollar sign dissapear, if you could fix that???)
